AT THE MOUND FIRE STATION Present were: Mayor Koehn, Trustees DeGuise, Scruton, Pfeifer, Brandenburg, Village Manager Kopp, Attorney Ploetz, and Engineer Winter. The Minutes of the July 13, 1765 meeting were read. DeGuise moved and Brandenburg seconded a motion to accept the minutes of July 13 19i65 as read. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and accepted. The Minutes of the Hearing of July 19, 1965 were read. Scruton moved and Pfeifer seconded to accept the minutes of the Hearing of July 19, 1965 as read. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and accepted. The Minutes of the July 20, 1965 meeting were read. Pfeifer moved and DeGuise seconded a motion to accept the minutes of July 20, 1965 as read. The vote was unanimously in favor. So carried and accepted. The Minutes of the adjourned hearing of July 20, 1965 were read. Branden- burg moved and DeGuise seconded to accept the minutes of the adjourned hearing of July 20, 1965 as read. The Mayor asked if there was a request to read the individual grievances; if not, if anyone were interested they were on file at the Village Office and could be reviewed there. The Minutes of the adjourned meeting of July 23, 1965 were read. Branden- burg moved and DeGuise seconded to accept the minutes of the adjourned meeting of July 23, 1965 as read. Mr. and Mrs. Babler, did you acquire Lots 19 and 20 at the same time from the same person? We have had Lot 20 for 15 years. We purchased it on a note from the Grant family in 1950. Lot 19 was acquired five or six years ago from Hedlands. Purchased on a mortgage with Twin City Federal. We purchased the entire lot. 2. Thus, no one else holds title? Just Twin City Federal. The Attorney now declared the petition to be sufficient.
