Note: This has not been maintained for years Scruton moved and Brandenburg seconded a motion RESOLUTION 6~-281 Roll Call Vote DeGuise Aye Scruton Aye Pfeifer Aye Brandenburg Aye Koehn Aye So carried and resolved RESOLUTION VACATING FIRE LAND (Fire Lane adjacent to Lot 19, Subidivision of Lots 1-32 Skarp and Lindquists Ravenswood) MORRIS REZONING CONTINUED UNTIL NOVEMBER 23 HOUSE MOVING Plans were turned over to the Inspector at~ue meeting; he noted that no location of the ho use was indicated on the plans; therefore the matter was continued until November 23, 1965 at the Mound Fire Station SHADYWOOD POINT WATER ASSESSMENT - discussed REPLACE STREET LIGHT Pfeifer moved and Brandenburg seconded ths motion BE IT MOVED, the Village Council of the Village of Mound authorize and direct the Northern States Power co to replace the pole and light at Wilshire Drive and Essex Lane with a 7,000 lu~uen light. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. SPORTS CAR RACE ON ICE - discussed The Council's position is that they can take no action because they have no power to prohibit it.
