BE IT MOVED, the Village Council of the Village of Mound authorize and direct the
Northern States Power co to replace the pole and light at Wilshire
Drive and Essex Lane with a 7,000 lu~uen light.
The vote was unanimously in favor so carried.
SPORTS CAR RACE ON ICE - discussed
The Council's position is that they can take no action because they have no power to
prohibit it.
