Present were: Mayor R. C. Koehn, Trustees Richard DeGuise, James Scruton, Del Pfeifer
and Vernon Brandenburg. Attorney Ploeta and Engineer William Schoell and Manager
Leonard Kopp. Also present were Mayor Elect Gordon Tulberg, and Trustees Elect
James Regan and Wilfred Anderson
HILLER AND SONS VS THE VILLAGE OF MOUND TRIAL - Discussed at length
Brandenburg moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion to adjourn until the meeting of
November 23, 1965 at the Mound Fire tatmon. The vote was unanimously in favor,
so carried and adjourned.
