The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. PLOW EASEMENT USED AS STREET Scruton moved and Pfeifer seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, the Village Council of the Village of Mound do authorize the village employees to plow snow on easement east of Denbigh Lane now used as a street and under petition to become a street. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried. S~gER ASSESSMENT APPEALS - discussed FERNSIDE DRAINAGE STATEMi~NT DeGuise moved and Pfsifer seconded a motion to pay Estimate No. ~ listed below where funds are available. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. STORM DO~INAGE FUND Northern Contracting 11,538.18 Discussed were: Letter from Northern Contrscting on extra expenses Tonks Toys Sewer usage charges Brsndnenburg moved and DeGuise seconded a motion to adjourn until the meeting of November 30, 1965 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station.
