E~gineer Leer outlined the project and the assessment formula. John Hurley, Lot 8 Block ll asked about the miminum footage charges, attorney answered that this was the same formula applied to other projects based on benefit. LIBRARY BOARD APPOINTMENTS Mayor Gordon Tulberg appointed the following persons to the Westonka Library Boa~.d: Del Pfeifer, Council representative, Mike Butler and Marg Kamman, Mound residents: William Pitts and Jobna Murphy, Minnetrista residents. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. POLICE FUND University of Minnesota 15.00 SUIT BY WESTINGHOUSE - Steenberg and Bates The attorney told the council of a request of Westinghouse to join with them in a suit involving the electrical work on the Sewer Plant, and stated the village would be in a better position if we answere~ indepently. The mayor after consulting with the council directed the attorney to file separately and indenpently from Westinghouse. CEMETERY LOT Pfeifer moved and Anderson seconded a motion RESOLUTION 66-34 Roll Call Vote Scruton Aye Regan Aye Pfeifer Aye Anderson Aye Tulberg Aye So resolved RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CEMETERY LOT DEED WATER TESTLNG FEES - discussed and it was decided the same charge be made to the School District 277 for routine water testing as charged to the Village of Spring Park - $1.50 per test Scruton m¢.ved and Pfeifer seconded a motion to adjourn until the meeting of January 25, 1966 at 8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station.
