Attorney Ray Ploetz and Manager Leonard Kopp. RIDGEv,~OOD ROAD WATER BIDS (66-1Water) Anderson moved and Scranton seconded a motion RESOLUTION 66-99 Roll Call Vote Scruto~ Aye Anderson Aye Tulberg Aye So resolved R[~t~]OLUT!ON ACCEPTING BID (Ridgewood ~Vater 66-1) SE~^~R ORDINANCE APPEAL Mr. Douglas DuLsc~ attorney apneared with his clients~ M. and Mrs. Ernest McChesney to anpeal the item of the sewer ordinane that makes the removal of outdoor alumbing facilites mandatory by July 15, 1966. ' Note: Trustee James Regan arrived - 8:'3~ P.M. Anderson moved, and Scruton seconded a motion BE YT MOVED~ by the Village Council of the V'il!age of Moun~, that the house on Lots 8 and !O and part of Lots 2, 7 and !!, ~lock 8 Minnesota Baptist Assembly being a summer cottage and not of sufficient value, be exempted from hooking u~ to the sanitary sewer system and installing indoor plumbing facilities by July 15, 1966 and that such exemntion shou!5 extend until November 15, 1966.
