H~tA':~ING ON SHIRLEY HILLS U~KT A Scruton moved and Anderson seconded a motion ORDINANCE NO. 212 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23, "ZONING"~ OF THE MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES \ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA: 1. That Chapter 23 of the Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled "Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended by reducing the Residential A-'2 Us'e District as established by Section 23. 012 by removing therefrom, and by increasing the Residential B Use District as established by Section 23.05, by adding thereto the following described tract: Lots 1-5, and 12-17, inclusive, Block 2, Lots 1-6 and 18-22, inclusive, Block 3, and Lots 1-5, inclusive, Block 4, Shirley Hills Unit A, and Lots 1-11, inclusive, Block 1, John S. Carlson Addition. 2. That this ordinance be effective from and after its adoption and publication according to law.
