1966-09-27MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF September 27, 1967 at 8:00 P.M. at the Island Park Hall Present were: Mayor Gordon Tulberg, amd Trustees Jsmes Regan, James Scruton and Wilfred Anderson; Village Manager Leonard Kop~ and Attorney Ray Ploetz HEARING -Caooy Jones from Residential Use Dis*.rict A to Co~mericail Use District Anderson moved the folloving ordinance and Scruton seconded it ORDINANCE NO. 213 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23, "?DNING", OF THE MOUND 0ODE OF ORDINANCES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA~ 1. That Chapter 23 of the Mound 0ode of Ordinances, entitled "Zoning", be, and hereby is, amended by reducing the Residential A-1 Use E~strict, as established by Section 23.011 by removing therefrom, and by increasing the 0ommercial Use ~strict as established by Seotion 23.07 by adding thereto the following described tract~ "~hat part of Elock 5, Shirley Hills Unit A, lying Easterly of a line drawn parallel with the Westerly line of said Block and drawn through a point on the Northerly line thereof 250 feet Easterly of the North- westerly corner thereof." 2. That this ordinance be effeotive from and after its adoption and publioation acoording to law. ACTING MANAGER Scruton moved and ReEan seconded a motion RESOLUTION 66-223 Roll Call Vote Regan Aye $cruton Aye Anderson Aye Tulberg Aye So resolved RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ACTING VILLAGE MANAGER PUBLIC UTILITY RITE-OF-WAY - Schmitz Scruton moved and Anderson seconded the motion RESOLUTION 66-224 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ~ND DIRECTING CONDEMNATION SETTLEMENT (Condemnation 437, Parcel 4, Schmitz Roll Call Vote Regan Aye Scruton Aye Anderson Aye Tulberg Aye So resolved MC WILLIAMS CLAIM Regan moved and Scruton seconded a motion BE iT M~UVED, the Village Council of the Village of Mound reject the claim of McWilliams for $500.00 additional on Ridgewood Water Project. The vote was Regan~ Scruton and Tulberg Aye and Anderson Nay. Motion carried TRANSFER OF FUNE~ Scruton moved and Anderson seconded the motion RESOLUTION 66-225 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ?°~NSFER OF FUNDS Roll Call Vote Regan Aye $cruton Aye Anderson Aye Tulberg Aye So resolved BILLS The following bills were submitted for aooroval. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.
