That Chapter 6 of the Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled "Water Department", be, and hereby is, amended by amending Section 6.44 thereof to read as follows, to wit: Section 6.44 Deliquent Accounts; penalt.y~, assess... ..m.ent? Ten per cent penalty will be added to water bills not paid by the 15th day of the month in which billed. On or before September 1st of each year, the water superintendant shall have listed and transmitted to the Council the total unpaid charges for water service against each separate lot or parcel to which such is attributable. The Council may then spread the unpaid charges against the property served to the County Auditor for collection as other taxes are collec.ted under Minnesota Statut~ Section 444.075. 2. That Ghapter 20 of the ~und Code of Orddnances, entitled "Municipal Sanitary Sewer", be, and hereby is, amended by amending Subdivision C of Section 20.10 to read as follows, to witl Section 20.10 Rates and Charges* * * C'~ Any Unpaid char~es ~or-~wage collection and treatment service, for sewage collection and treatment service availability, or for sewage connection service may be collected in an action brought for that pur- pose in the name of the Village; and the Village Clerk shall, on or before September 1st of each year, ' list the total unoatd charges for each ty~e of service, or availability, against each separate lot or parcel served, and shall transmit such a list to the Village Council. The Council may then certigy the unpaid charges against the property served to the County Auditor for collection as other taxes are collected in accord with Minnesota Statute Section 444.075. 2.
