RESOLUTION REJECTING BID (Janitorial Service) COMMITTEE REPORTS Regan reported that he and Joe Partington had attended an Airport meeting in Delano. They are to meet again the last Wednesday of November. Mr. Kopp reported on the Managers Convention at Phoenix. Also on the League of Lake Minnetonka Municipalities meeting which dealt with hospitali- z zation for these villages and on restricting the use of the ice - particularly in heating around docks. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS WESTONKA PLUMBING & HEATING Regan moved and Anderson seconded the motion RESOLUTION NO. 66-250 RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARING FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT (Lot 42 and Part of Lot 43, Auditors Sub No. 167) Roll Call Vote Scruton Aye Pfeifer Aye Regan Aye Anderson Aye Tulberg Aye So carried and resolved. WATER SHUT-OFF IN STREET IN FRONT OF THE MARKSON COMPANY Regan moved, Pfeifer seconded, and it was unanimously carried to authorize the variance in placement of a curbstop for a 1½" water service to the Markson Company bu~ilding on Shoreline Boulevard, permitting the curbstop to be put in the street. (This is a county road and the county has authorized a small hole in the concrete pavement.) RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT- ING SETTLEMENTS (Sanitary Sewer Construction, Restoration Agreements.) "NO GOOD" CHECKS RECEIVED IN LIQUOR STORES Scruton moved and Regan seconded the motion: RESOLUTION NO. 66-252 Roll Call Vote: Scruton Aye Pfeifer Aye Regan Aye Anderson Aye Tulberg Aye So carried and resolved. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING WRITE-OFF OF WORTHLESS CHECKS (Municipal Liquor Dispensary) TRANSFER OF GRAVES - John Moore to George Bentley Anderson moved, Pfeifer seconded, and it was unanimously carried to permit John Moore, owner of four graves in the Mound Union Cemetery, to transfer two graves to George Bentley, a Mound resident. The graves in question are: Graves 4 and 4a of Lot 22, Division A. Because Grave 4a lies in the alley between two lots, it is hoped Mr. Moore will exchange Graves 4 and 4a for two other graves which are to be deeded to Mr. and Mrs. Bentley. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS INCREASE IN BUDGET Scruton moved and Regan seconded the motion. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INCREASE IN FIRE RELIEF AND PERA FUNDS BUDGET BILLS The following bills were presented for payment.
