ORGREN SEWER ASSESSMENT~ - discussed withMr. Colgrove. Ploetz stated the village
council had stated a policy and unless they wished to change their policy no
change in the Orgren assessment could be made. The Council stated they will
abide by the advice of their couneel.~
JEROME MILLER SEegER AND WATER
Mr. Miller on Lot 28 Whipple Shores had a problem hooking up to sewer and water.
The Engineer was directed to investigate the situation.
Mr. Ch~dwl$~ wants the Village to pay $19~.95 to help him out with his sewer
installation as he was entitled to a pump but changed his plumbing rather than
have the pump installed. The Council took no action.
The minutes of the meeting of October 13, 196h were read. Batdo?f moved and
Johnson seconded the motion. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and
accepted.
The minutes of the October 20, 196h meeting were read. Batdorf moved and Johnson
seconded a motion to accept the minutes of October 20, 196h aS read. The vote
was unanimously in favor so carried and accepted.
The minutes of the meeting of October 27, 196h meeting were read. Johnson moved
and Batdorf seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the October 27, 196h
meeting. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried and accepted
