Johnson moved the following or:ii, nonce and Pfeifer seconded the motion ORDINANCE NO. 180 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES ENTITLED "MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA: 1. That Chapter 20 of the Mound Code of Ordinances entitled "Municipal Sanitary Sewer," be, and hereby is amended by amending Section 20.11, subdivision C thereof subdivisions (3) and (4) thereof to read as follows, to-wit: "Section 20.'ll Permits~ Licenses~ Fees~ Bonds~ and Insurance C.(3) A surety bond in the face amount of $10,000.00 running to the Village of Mound, conditioned that the Village will be saved harmless from any loss, damage, cost, or expense, by reason of improper or inadequate per- formance or compliance with the terms of this ordinance by the registrant or his agents or employees. (4) A certificate of insurance or copies of public liability and property damage insurance policies approved by the Village Council, containing a provision that they shall not be cannelled without 10 days' notice to the Village Clerk showing coverage of not less than $50,000.00 for in- juries, including accidental death to any one person and subject to the same limit for each person in an amount not less than $100,000.00 on account of any one accident, and property insurance damage in the amount of not less than $25,000.00~" 2.
