Mr. Itchy and his son-in-law appeared to discuss an over-pa~ent of some ~,000.OO
for gravel occasioned by the change from yards to tons in the gravel bid. ~. B.
Winkel was also present. Mr. Itchy asked for relief due to the error, the attorney
stated the councilmen could be held liable by a tax-payers suit if relief was granted.
