If roadway is 36 feet wide no parking wo~ld be allowed~ on either side rather than make

Wilfred Anderson mut himself on record as being opposed to assessment for ~roperty owners
on Municipal State street improvements because they would be denied the right of pet-ition.
James ['~cr~ton is om~osed to black top curb and gutter amd reco~rmends the ~se or concrete.
Condemnation of Droperty to gain needed easements was ~Zscus:_~ed~ it was decided to hire
a~ aDmraiser for the land needed that had buildings on it and send men to try to make deals
~ith Droperty o,maers rather than go to condemnation; however a fair Drice would be
established for all property needed and no one would be asked to ~ive an easement for
the legal dollar. If deal was not accel, table the condemnation ~roced~re could be used.

was granted.
