F. Schumacker, 508 2nd North, Mpls. 55~O3 Regan moved and Fenstad seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that ~ permit be granted conditioned upon: No car hops, litter to be picked up daily, plans and specs for remodeling to be made au exhibit and no license to be issued until plans are met, hours to be week days ll to ll P.M., weekends ll - I A.M. after June I hours to be ll to 12 midnite weekdays and weekend~ ll to 2 A.M. (Note: Scruton moved and Fenstad seconded a motion to amend the foregoing motion) BE IT MOVED, the foregoing motion be amended to set the closing hour as midnite at the latest for all days. The vote was Scruton and Anderson Aye; Tulberg, Regan and Fenstad, Nay the motion to amend failed. Note: Scruton moved to set and latest closing time at 12:30 and then 1 A.M. - each motion failed for the lack of a second.
