ORDINANCE NO. 227
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23,
MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES, ENTITLED "ZONING"
The Village Council of Mound, Minnesota, ordains:
1. That Chapter 23, Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled "Zoning',
be, and hereby is, amended to read as follows, to-wit:
(a) ~Off Street and Load~ Subdivision 1
(h) Multiple Dwe-~i~g ~ and 7~ Use Districts two parking
spaces for each apartment unit.,,
(b) i'~ec~ion 25.34 Lot Area~ Subdivision 1 (c) in
the Residential [~se D-~strict B, no duplex dwelling s~all be
built upon a lot area of less than 12,000 square feet unless
said parcel has been specially assessed for two full sanitary
sewer units, in which case the lot area requirement shall be
reduced to 9,600 square feet."
2. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
adoption and publication according to law.
