SEQUOIA LANE HEARING - Rezoning Blocks I & 2, Seton Continued from August 29, 1967 The Attorney advised the Council that the zoning of January, 1965 was legal. Speaking against the rezoning were: Harold Eutzner Neil Curtis L. Pfeilsticker Wm. Burton Mrs. Neil Curtis Gordon Ernst Mrs. Wm. Burton Regan moved and Scruton seconded the motion ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CRAPTER 23, "ZONING," OF THE MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES BE iT ORDAINED BY THE VILIJGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA: 1. That Chapter 2J of the Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled "ZONING," be, and hereby ~s, amended by redncing the Residential A-2 Use District as established ~n Section 25.012 by removing therefrom t~e following, described tracts, and by ~ncreasing the Multiple Dwelling ~!se ]~iStrict "B" as established by Section 2~.061 by adding thereto t~e following described tracts: Lots 6, 7, 8, Block 1, Seton Addition Lots 1-9, incl. Block 2, Seton Addition 2. That this Ordinance be effective from and after its adoption and publication according to law. Willette's Subdivi~ion Council asked if house e×isting met setback 2. The Attorney asked if the suit regarding Private Alley should be left to go by default. Mayer be allowed to rebuild the boat house on Lot 7, Block ll, Shadywood Point. DISCUSSION Bargman's claim of $95.00 for attorney's fees was discussed. An "off the cuff" opinion of the Attorney was that it could not be paid. The Mayor requested the Manager to write Bargmans of the Council refusal.
