Village Hall in Island Park Present: Mayor Tulberg, Councilmen Fenstad, Scruton, Regan and Anderson, Village Manager Kopp and Engineer Fredrickson MINUTES Anderson moved, Scruton seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept the following minutes as read: September 26, October 4, October 6, October ll, October 18, November 29 and December 13, 1966. Anderson moved, Regan seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept the following minutes as read: May 31, June 6, June l~, June 19, June 27, July ll and July 25, 1967. Anderson moved, Fenstad seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept the following minutes: August 8, 1967 with addition of Ordinance No. 226A (Trusses) 15 as read 29 with correction of Scruton reporting on Lake Minnetonka Conservat ion Sept. 5 as read 12 as read 26 as read Oct. 3 as read 26 with correction of meeting At the Village Office instead of Island Park Hall Nov. 8 as read Dec. 12 with addition of word "Aye" opposite Tulberg's name on voting on Investment of ~h~nds Scruton moved, Regan seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept the following minutes as read: September 20 and December 27, 1966, August 1, October 25 and November 14, 1967. WATER TANK Mr. Fredrickson reported further on elevated storage tank. Eenstad moved and Regan seconded the motion. RESOLUTION 67-264 Roll Call Vote Fenstad Aye Anderson Aye Scruton Aye Regan Aye Tulberg Aye So resolved. RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI- FICATIONS AND DIRECTING NOTICE TO BIDDERS (Water Tank) ISLAND PARK LIQUOR STORE WELL Mr. Fredrickson reported on hisfindings and recommended that the existing pump be pulled and they run a pumping test to determine what capacity could be expected from the well as to whether it would be advantageous to spend money on this well or drill a new one. Scruton moved, Regan seconded, and it was unanimously carried to authorize the K. M. Clark Engineering Company to make arrangements to run a pumping test to determine the capacity of the Island Park Liquor Store Well as part of the study ordered in Resolution 67-200 on September 26, 1967 (Councilman Anderson left the meeting) BAYPORT ROAD-AVON DRIVE STREET IMPROVEMENT Scruton moved and Regan seconded the motion RESOLUTION 67-265 Roll Call Vote Scruton Aye Fenstad Aye Regan Aye Tulberg Aye So resolved. RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Co.
