Andreasen moved, Schmidt seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept
the minutes with the following correction under Resolution 68-22: Councilman
Regan withdrew the motion and Councilman Andreasen withdrew his second and
the motion for adoption of the resolution was withdrawn from further con-
sideration.
