Andreasen moved, Schmidt seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept
the minutes as sent to the Council.
BROOKTON PARK ASSESSMENT (continued)
On May 4th the Council met with some of the citizens in the area with the
result the Engineer was requested to revise the Preliminary Assessment Roll
to exclude the area south of Lynwood Boulevard. Gene Hodge was present and
thanked the Council for showing interest and concern in looking over the
situation.

RE-RUN OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
MINUTES
After a discussion On furnishing minutes to interested citizens, Andreasen
moved and Swenson seconded to send the minutes to each of the Councilmen and
read the minutes at the beginning of each meeting.
Regan moved and Andreasen seconded to amend the above motion to include that
the minutes are not official until they have been acted on by the Council and
that the minutes would then be available at the Village Office where anyone
could copy what he wished off them, but if copies were to be made that a
nominal charge be made for them. The vote on the amendment was four to one
with Swenson voting against as he did not feel any person should have to pay
for a copy of the minutes. So carried.

ADVISORY PARK COMMISSION
Schmidt moved, Regan seconded, and it was unanimously carried to ratify the
appointment of Florence Hurley and Kurt Carlson to the Park Board.
Councilman Swenson asked to be replaced on the Park Commission as it con-
flicts with a meeting of the Fire Department. Andreasen moved, Schmidt
seconded and it was unanimously carried to make a change in council-
appointments: Andreasen to represent the Council on the Park Commission
and Swenson to represent the Council on Minnetonka League of Municipalities.

Regan moved, Andreasen seconded, and it was unanimously carried to reaffirm

STATE MUNICIPAL LEAGUE CONVENTION
Regan and Fenstad will attend the Minnesota Municipal League Conference on
June 12, 13 and 14 at the Pick-Nicollet Hotel.
DISCUSSIONS
Discussions were held on the following:
1. Whether an exception would be made to place a trailer on Lot l, Hal~
~tead Park, at Russell's Trailer Court for the people installing the
new water tank. The Council indicated they would not allow the
exception.
