BASSWOOD LANE - Project 67~3
Mr. Mills explained that changes in the assessments were the result of a
change in criteria. Mr. and Mrs. Julius Anderson, 5501Tonkawood Road, asked
if the contractor was going to finish the work. Mr. Mills said that the con-
tractor had told him that he would. The A.ndersons said there are two corner
stakes missing, both front and back, and they would like to have these replaced.
Mr. Clarence Splettstoeszer was present and said he wasn't satisfied with his
driveway either, but he would rather fix it himself. The Council asked Mr. Mills

criteria that the triangular lots should have been averaged. Mr. Cosmas Gross,
owner of Lots 1,2,3, Block 7, Whipple, said that he was not satisfied with the
way this project was assessed. Neither he nor his neighbor, Mr. Kolar, can
use the road, yet they are the ones who have to pay for it. The six who need to
use the road are not assessed. Mr. Kolar, 3223 Warner Lane, agreed with Mr.
Gross and also was concerned about the drainage assessment on his lots, Lots
19,20,21 and ~ in Block 6. The Council asked the engineer to check this out
