REVIEW AND DECLARATION OF CAN- VASSING BOARD Motion was made, seconded and carried to adjourn the meeting of the Canvassi~ Board. Mound Village Office - November 6, 1968 Present were: Mayor Fenstad, Councilmen Andreasen, Regan, Schmidt, Swenson, Attorney Pearson and Village Manager Kopp MINUTES Schmidt moved, Regan seconded and it was unanimously carried to accept the minutes of October 29, 1968. SPORTS CAR RACES After discussion, Andreasen moved, Regan seconded, and it was unanimously carried to hold a hearing on November 26 to amend Ordinance No. 242 from allowing races to disallowing races. COMMERCIAL DOCK REGULATIONS 1,~. George Stannard, Mound's representative to the Lake Minnetonka Conserva- tion District, was present and went Sver a sample ordinance on licensing and~ regulating Commercial Docks on Lake Minnetonka with the Council. He was 5irected to see what suggestions the District would have on existing com- mercial docks and to report to the Village Council. Councilman Andreasen left the meeting.
