Present were: Mayor Fenstad, Councilmen Andreasen, Regan, Schmidt, Swenson,
Attorney Pearson and Village Manager Kopp
MINUTES
Schmid~ moved, Regan seconded and it was unanimously carried to accept the
minutes of October 29, 1968.
SPORTS CAR RACES
After discussion, Andreasen moved, Regan seconded, and it was unanimously
carried to hold a hearing on November 26 to amend Ordinance No. 242 from
allowing races to disallowing races.
COMMERCIAL DOCK REGULATIONS
M~. George Stannard, Mound's representative to the Lake Minnetonka Conserva-
tion District, was present and went Sver a sample ordinance on licensing and '
regulating Commercial Docks on Lake Minnetonka with the Council. He was
directed to see what suggestions the District would have on existing com-
mercial docks and to report to the Village Council.
Councilman Andreasen left the meeting.
RUSTIC RIDGE ADDITION
Regan moved, Schmidt seconded the motion, and it was xnanimously carrie~ to
accept the plans for water, sewer and street improvements in Rustic Ridge
subject to the developer putting in bituminous curb on Rustic Road.

Mr. Kopp presented the plans of Channel Builders, Inc. (Beachside D~velopers)
for a six unit Town House to be built on B~rtlett Boulevard in Auditor's Sub
#170. A question of sideyard setbacks arose. According to present ordinances
there is
Builders,SUffic~ent square footage but net erough sideyard setbacks. Channel
Inc. is to be referred to the Planning Commission, an~. Mr. Pearson
was asked t~ send some Town House Ordimances for the Council to examine.
STREET LIGHTS
Swenson moved, Schm~dt seconded to order an additional light at the Three Points
Park in the midblock between Three Points Boulevard and Wren Road on Gull [~ne,
and to increase to 175 Watt the lights at the corners of Wren Road & Gull Lane,
Wren Road & H~llside Lane, and Hillside Lane & Sparrow Road. Regan abstained.

Lane & M~nmouth Road and Bradford Late & ~edford Road, and ~ne at the westerly
end of Bay Rddb~e Road. Regan abstained. Carried.

BUS WAITING ~za~
Mr. Kopp reported on the cost of maintaining the Bus Waiting Station in Mound.
Swemson mo~r~, Schmidt seconded, and it was unanimously carried to have the
Village maintain the present bus waiting station.
Schmidt moved, Swenson seconded, and it was unsnimously carried to adjourn.
