minutes of November 6, 1968 as read.

UNDERSIZED LOT - Charles Rezba and James McCullough
Mr. McCullough appeared before the Council relative to Lots 12,13,24 and 25,
Block 6, Woodland Point. He asked if the assessments could be removed from a
lot that was not big enough to build on. He was told no change could be made
in the assessments as they followed the criteria set. Sh.'~uld he wish to build
a house on an undersized lot, he should bring his request to the Planning Com-

request ~f one of the bartenders.
Fenstad moved, Swenson seconded that Mr. Slentz be paid for the time he worked
at $2.00 per hour plus over time. On roll call the vote was as follows: ~ndreasen,
Regan and Sc~idt, Nay; Swenson and Fenstad, Aye. Not carried.
Andreasen moved, Swenson seconded and it was unanimously carried to adjourn to
November 26, 1968.
