Present: Mayor Fenstad, Councilmen Andreasen, Regan, Schmidt and Swenson, and Village Manager Kopp MINUTES Schmidt moved, Swenson seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept the minutes of November 6, 1968 as read. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS 1. W. H. Barton, 5871 Bartlett ]t~ulevard Aud. Sub. #168 Request permit to move hc~se Regan moved, Swenson seconded to set a hearing on December 10 on moving a house from 5701 ~¥nwood Boulevard to 5887 Bartlett Boulevard. Unanimously carried. 2. James M. Walton, 1952 Shorewood Lane Lot 14, Block 2, Shadywood Point Side Yard Variance Regan moved and Schmidt seconded the motion. STREET VACATION - Ashbourne Road, and parts of Wexford and Devon Lanes Schmidt moved and Swenson seconded the motion. RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING (Vacation of Ashbourne, Devon and Wexford) UNDERSIZED LOT - Charles Rezba and James McCullough Mr. McCullough appeared before the Council relative to Lots 12,13,24 and 25, Block 6, Woodland Point. He asked if the assessments could be removed from a lot that was not big enough to build on. He was told no change could be made in the assessments as they followed the criteria set. Sh.'~uld he wish to build a house on an undersized lot, he should bring his request to the Planning Com- mission for their consideration. Fenstad moved, Swenson seconded that Mr. Slentz be paid for the time he worked at $2.00 per hour plus over time.
