AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 58.64, PART G
PROHIBITING ANY WATER CRAFT OR AUTOMOBILE
RACE TRACK OR COURSE WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MOUND
AND REPEALING SECTIONS 38.65, 38.66 and 38.67
The Village Council of the Village of Mound do ordain:
Part G, Section ~8.64 is herewith amended to read as follows:
"Race Tracks Prohibited. No person shall establish or maintain any
automobile or water craft race track, park, raceway, or course of
conduct, have, or permit automobile or water craft racing at any
such race track, park, raceway, or course, whether or not an admission
fee is charged."
Section 38.65 (Application for License) is herewith repealed.
Section 38.66 (License Fee) is herewith repealed.
Section 38.6? (Insurance Required) is herewith repealed.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its adoption and
publication in the official newspaper.

AN ORDINANCE A~EI~DING SECTION 2~;.C3 OF THE
BUILDING CODE ~MITTING THE USE OF MO~ED
R~R RINGS AS A SE~ FOR CAST I~ON SOIL
The Village Council of the Village of Mound do ordain:
Section 26.63 of the Village Code is amended to add Sub-
division C to read as follows:
26.63 (d). Mechanical joints in cast-iron soil
pipu may be made as prescribed by the a~orestated "Basic
Plumbing Principles" or may be made by means of a pre-
formed molded rubber ring, secured by pulling the pipe
and fittings together in such a way as to compress the
molded rubber ring in a manner that will assure a gas
and water tight joint. The rubber sealing ring shall
conform to A.S.T.M. D-15-62A Requirement.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
adoption and publication in the official newspaper.
