Mr. Ralph Fredrickson brought the Council ~p to date on the Island Park well and
housing for it. Informal bids had been let for both. Bids were received from
E. H. Rennet & Sons in the amonnt of $4,690 for a Lineshaft Turbine P~mp and
$4,450 for a Submersible P~mp with $200 allowance for present pump; and from
Bergerson-Caswell Inc. in the amount of $4,970 for a Lineshaft Pump and for a
Submersible P~mp for $~9~.00 less and an allowance of $1~0 for our present
pump.
Informal bids .on the housing were received from Ray Salden in the amount of
$7,74~, Dave Willette in the amount of .~o,166.60 and from Brandenburg ~ Son
in the amount of $6,455.55.

ORDINANCE NO. 257
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21, MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES,
ENTITLED, "RE-NAMING O~ CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUND, MouND,
MINNESOTA:
1. That Chapter 21, Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled, "Re-
naming of Certain Public Streets, be, and hereby is,
amended by adding thereto a provision of Section 21.02 (d)
as follows, to-wit:
SECTION 21.02 Certain Streets Re-Named
(d) That portion of Tuxedo Boulevard (also known as County
Road #125) from the Black Lake Bridge to presently
named Wilshire Boulevard at the point of Lot l, Block 8,
Avalon be named Wilshire Boulevard.
2. That Shis Ordinance shall be effective from and after publi-
cation and adoption according to law.
