The Village Council of the Village of Mound ordain:
Section 23.01]., Subd. (a), of the Zoning COde is amended
to read as l'ollows:

(a) Creation. All parcels, tracts, 8nd lots

The .Village Council of the Village of Mound ordains:
Section 23.07 Subdivision D Subsection 4 of the village
Code is amended to read as follows: :

electrical, metal working, tinsmithing, plumbing,
paper hanging shops, water, gas or steam fitting shops, gasoline
retail filling stations and automobile service stations, ice
cre~ and soft drink stands or shops, restaurants [curb,
drive-in or others], places of amusement, drive-in theaters,
wholesale establishments, mortuaries and funeral; and vehicle
parking without reference to the land use classification of the :
source of maid vehicles. Provided, however, that no authorization
shall be deemed granted for any business or use mentioned in this
paragraph until the Village Council shall order the issuance of a

The Village Council of the Village of Mound ordains:
SECTION SA.01.
read as follows:
VILLAGE COUNCIL SALARIES is amended to
1. The monthly salary for each councilman shall
be $50.00 per month and the monthly salary for the
mayor shall be $75.00 per month.
2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect on January 2, 1970.
