TIPI WAKAN WATER A~ S~R MAINS Andreasen moved apd Swenson seconded the motion BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that the oroposal of Tipi Wakan for the vil] age to maintain sewer and water mains on ~heir property be denied. The staff is directed to send a letter to their engineer about this council action. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. Section 36.03 of the Mound Code of Ordinances is amended to read as follows: Prohibited Practices No license hereunder shall be issued for any game of skill within 200 feet of any school building. No person shall use any device licensed under this ordinance as a gambling device, and it shall be the duty of the licensee to prevent persons from using any machine licensed hereunder for gambling purposes, and the operation of any lottery or gambling device is declared to be contrary to this ordinance. 2. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage and publication.
