PARKING ON BARTLETT BOULEVARD Ed Johnson, Maple Plain, Minnesota (owns property at 5000 Enchanted Road) Mr. Johnson was very verbose in his criticism of parking in certain sections of Mound,. and collections of Junk and rubbish also in Mound. Mayor~enstad directed the administrative staff and the attorney to draw up sn ordinance to stop parking of cars ~d buses within 200 feet of the interestion o£ Bartlett and Co~erce Boulevards.
