ASSESSMENT HEARING FOR BAYRIDGE-HALSTEAD LANE STREET AND STORM SEWER
William Mills explained the project
Wm Koenig feels the job is not adequate, it looks so patched. The council said
they had agreed that the contractor was to put on a seal coat over the entire
project before the job was even under consideration for accepting.
The engineer agreed that the seal coat would be applied next July or August 1971,
at no cost to the village.
Ray Ploetz, attorney representing Kay Kammon, protested Kammon's assessment.
engineer admitted the error in Ksmmon's assessment was made in his office.

Engineer called the defect a 'bird bath' and said it could be fixed but would show

orginal bid.
