INFORMAL BID (Snow Plow)
VFW CLUB LICENSE
Commander Earl Otrey and members of his board were present and asked for
permission to purchase the property presently owned by Jehovah's Witnesses
for their post home. Andreasen moved, Schmidt seconded, and it was unani-
mously carried to welcome the VFW Post to Mound.

WESTONKA LIBRARY
Mr. Regan, Ohairman of the Westonk~ Library Board, was present and told the
Council that the County plans to go ahead with their building plans but would
need more room thancoriginally planned so were looking either for another
site or an enlargement of the one they now have.
SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL
Andreasen moved, Swenson seconded, and it was unanimously carried to defer
action on Solid Waste Disposal.

Swenson moved, Andreasen seconded, and it was unanimously carried to accept
the minutes of September 8, 1970.
