ORDINANCE NO. 274
AN ORDINANCE ~DING CHAPTER 23, "ZONING,"
OF THE MOUND CODE OF ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF MOUND, MINNESOTA:
1. That Chapter 23 of the Mound Code of Ordinances, entitled
"Zoning," be, and hereby is amended by reducing the Resi-
den%ial A-2 Use District as estaslished in Section 23.O12 by
removing therefrom the following described tract, and by
increasing the Multiple ~elling Use District "B" as estab-
lished by Section 23.061 by adding thereto the following
described tract:
Lot 19, Subdivision of Lots I & 32 Skarp & Lindquist's
Ravenswood, and vacated fire lane.
2. That this ordinance be effective from and after its adoption
and publication according to law.

The Council informally approved the Mayor's appointments to the Human Rights
Commission:~
Fred Frevert, 5255 ~artlett Boulevard for two years to October 14,
1972 to fill out the ter~ of Roger Conhaim who moved out of the
Village, and ~.,
Christine Andreasen, 2900 Halstead'Lane for a term of three years
to October 14, 1975.
VILIAGE ELECTION DISCUSSION
Mr Charles Hartman exchanged words with the Mayor and the Village Council about
the electiono~
Peterson moved and Andreasen seconded a motion to adjourn until the meeting of
November 10, 1970 at 7:30 P.M. at the Island Park Hall. The vote was unanimously
in favor, so carried md adjourned.
