Objecting to'special variance not allowed to custom build, rs, George Podany of KingburyHomes said he wanted the two hundred dollars back, he hsd to spend to meet the code, if such variances were granted. The discussion was long and contradictory. Mr Starostovic claimed Chapter 25 of the U.B.C. has acceoted the Wausau Home concept, however our office and building inspector has not received the new No. 2000. NOTE: Councilman Charles Peterson arrived 10:00 P.M. Section 15.14 (A) is amended to read as follows: (A) OPERATING HOURS: Collection vehicles shall operate within the village and make residential collections only between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 8:30 P.M. daily, except Sunday, on which day residential collection is banned. There shall be no restriction on hours or days for collec~ tion from commercial or industrial uses.
