EXCEPTIONS FROM BUILDING CODE REQUEST FOR WESTON AND WAUSAU HOMES
Appearing were Bud Skoglund, Ed Starostovic, Chief Engineer of Wsusau Homes
in support of the variances requested. Objecting to'special variance not
allowed to custom build, rs, George Podany of KingburyHomes said he wanted
the two hundred dollars back, he hsd to spend to meet the code, if such
variances were granted. The discussion was long and contradictory.
Mr Starostovic claimed Chapter 25 of the U.B.C. has acceoted the Wausau Home
concept, however our office and building inspector has not received the new
No. 2000.
NOTE: Councilman Charles Peterson arrived 10:00 P.M.
A poll was taken as what the Council wante4 UBC or Mound variances of UBC
