which he outlined to the council. (Note: Mayor Fenstad and Cou~ciLmsa Swenson
urged that this be brought before the Police Committee before action was taken;
however the time element and the fact that the action taken was only an application
and not formal committment and the setting of June 15th for a Police Committee
meeting persuaded them to endorse the program apolication at this time.)

worked out between MTC and Zepher Lines.~ Not two bus stops, under
any circumstances.

PLANNING CO~IS SION RECOMMENDATIONS
Vern Brandenburg started to outline chanze~ in minimum floor soace when the attorney
suggested a new bill on the governor's desk might w~ll make this matter unnecessary.
The matter was tabled until further informal:ion on the new bill was obtained and a
copy of the bill if Gassed and signed by the governor was available.
PLAT~.ING A~D ZONING ORDI~IANCE was tabled until June 8, 1971 to allow time for
retyping proposed ordinance.
Section 23.50 ZOh~NG CODE was sent back to the Planning Conwaission for their
June 2h, 1971 meeting..
