PLANNING CO~IS SION RECOMMENDATIONS Vern Brandenburg started to outline chanze~ in minimum floor soace when the attorney suggested a new bill on the governor's desk might w~ll make this matter unnecessary. The matter was tabled until further informal:ion on the new bill was obtained and a copy of the bill if Gassed and signed by the governor was available. PLAT~.ING A~D ZONING ORDI~IANCE was tabled until June 8, 1971 to allow time for retyping proposed ordinance.
