Present were:~ Mayor Orval Fenstad, Councilmen John Andressen, Eldo Schmidt, Donald
Ulrick and Gordon Swenson; and Village Manager Leonard Kopp. Mound Village Assessor,
Helen Newell and County representative Robert Martin were also present..
Mrs. Theodore Youngquist, 622h Red Oak Road - Plat 61890 Parcel ~00, Mound Terrace,
complained that her taxes were hdgher than the neighbors. Her complaint was on
1970 and 1971 taxes and uot apolicable at this hearing.

BRADFORD ROAD PROBLEM
Gordon Coffin, surveyor appeared before the council, and explained his survey,
while different than Warren Anderson's surveyor it did show that the traveled
portion of the road did trespass on Warren Anderson's property; Lots i and 2,
Block 21, ~¥chwood.
Andreasen moved and Schmidt seconded the motion
BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that Warren Anderson
be permitted to build under the survey of Gordon Coffin, on Lots
1 and 2~ Block 21, Wychwood.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried.

t~ILDING CODE CHANGES
The Building Code changes were discussed in detail.

BE IT MOVED, by the Village Cou~ci! of the Village of Mound that the changes suggested
by the Planning Commission be _ffiven to the Village Attorney and direct
him to prepare an ordinance amendment incorporating these changes.
Schmidt and Swenson voted nay; Ulrick, Andreasen and Fenstad voted aye, so carried.
