The minutes of July 13, 1971 were read. A cor-"ection on resol~tion 209 made the second by councilman E!do Schmidt. Scbmidt moved and Ulrick seconded a motion to accept the minutes of July 13, 1971 as read. The ~ote was unanimously in favor.
