The V~llage of Mound does ordain~ '
Section 46.10 is amended to read as follows~
46.10. HIG~AY TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT INCORPORATED
BY REFERENCE. The regulatory provisions of Chapter 169,
Minnesota Statutes 1971, as amended, including all Extra
Session Laws, are hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance
regulating the use of highways, streets, and alleys within
the Village and three (3) copies of said Act are on file
in the Village office and marked "Village ~f Mound -' ·
Official Copy." Said Highway Traffic Regulation Act is
hereby incorporated in and made a part of this ordinance
as completely as if set out herein in full.
