POLICE CARS Schmidt moved and Ulrick seconded a motiom RESOLUTION 71-344 RESOLUTION DIRECTING PURCHASE OF FOUR POLICE CARS Bi4) $13,616.84 Roll Call Vote Andreasen Aye Schmidt Aye Ulrick Aye Swenson Aye Fenstad Aye So resolved (County FIRE DEPT SALARIES Andreasen moved and Swenson seconded the motion RESOLUTION 71-345 Roll Call Vote Andreasen Aye Schmidt Aye Ulrick Aye Swenson Aye Fenstad Aye So resolved RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FIRE DEPT OFFICERS SALARIES (As Bu4gete4) UTILITY EASEMENT Andreasen moved and Swenson seconded a motie~ BE IT MOVED~ by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that that our attorney be contacted and if he concurs with the council that no action be taken on 'Order to Show Cause' on the cancelling of the utility easement on 'Ail of Lot 11, Block 1, John S. Carlson Addition lying North of a line drawn from a point in the Westerly line said Lot 11, Block 1, said addition distant 11 feet North from the Southwest corner thereof to a point in the Easterly line of Lot 10 distant 33 feet north from the Southeast corner thereof,according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota except that part which lies northwesterly of a line drawn from a point on the West line of said Lot 11, distant 23 feet South from the Northwest corner of said Lot 11 to a point on the North line of said Lot 11, distant 15 feet East from said Northwest corner. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. RADAR PURCHASE Schmidt moved and Ulrick seconded a motion RESOLUTION/1-346 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC RADAR UNIT $1,492.4.5 Roll Call Vote Andreasen Aye Schmidt Aye Ulrick Aye Swenson Aye Fenstad Aye So resolved The Mayor charged citizen Edward Johnson with removing his election signs; Mr. Johnson said he did it because there was an ordinance against such signs. The Manager was instructed to have the refuse cans removed from the Wychwood Swimming area and the Black Lake isthmus. Ulrick moved and SChmidt seconded a motion to adjourn until the meeting of December 14, 1971 at 8:00 P.M. at the Shirley Hills School. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried and adjourned.
