Present were:: Mayor Orval Fenstad, Councilmen Gordon Swenson, John Andreasen, Eldo
Schmidt and Donald Ulrick and Village Clerk, Barbara Heym~n.

PRELIMINARY PLAT
Bob Bird was present.. It was noted that the vacating of Bedford Road in part, would
require a public hearing. Mr Bird agreed to replatting by a Registered la~d survey
if the preliminary plat was approved.
