PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS PRELIMINARY PLAT Bob Bird was present.. It was noted that the vacating of Bedford Road in part, would require a public hearing. Mr Bird agreed to replatting by a Registered la~d survey if the preliminary plat was approved.
