Kotula, Councilmen Eldo Schmidt~ Gordon Swenson and Donald Ulrick (John Andressen was late for cause); also present Village Manager Leonard Kopp and Attorney Curtis Pearson MINUTES - March 28~ 1972 Swenson moved and Schmidt seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the March 28, 1972 meeting as presented.. The vote was unanimously in favor~ so carried~ and accepted. SPECIAL USE PERMIT - Dock for A1 & Alma's Supper Club Present were A1 Quist~ former owner and James Nolan present owner of A1 and Alma's No one appeared against the proposal Kotu!a moved, and Swenson seconded a motion RESOLUTION ?~-79 RESO~TTION GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT Lot 1, Block 3, ~nipple Commercial Dock in Residential area Passed unanimously C C LUI~rIG AWARD Frank Hunt, Councilman from the Village of Spring Park appeared and told the council that the Spring Park Council had nominated the Mound Village Manager~ Leonard Kopp for the C.C. Ludwig Annual Award for outstanding public service. Such award will be made at the Minnesota League of Municipalities banquet, June 1~ 1972. 2he Village clerk was directed to write a letter to the League seconding the nomination.
