MINUTES OF THE COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 3, 1972 AT SHIRLEY HILLS SCHOOL at 8 P.M.
Mound, Minnesota
Present were: Mayor John D. Kotula, Councilmen John Andreasen, Gordon Swenson and
Donald Ulrick ( ~ldo Schmidt was absent) also present were: Leonard L. Kopp, Manager,
and K¢ith Englcsby, Engineer.
MINUTES
The minutes of the September 26, 1972 meetin9 were presented. Ulrick moved and
Swenson seconded a motion to accept the minutes of Septamber 26, 1972 as presented.
The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and accepted.
1973 PROPCSEDBUD~ET
The Manager and the Ymyor briefly outlines the proposed budget, the discussion was
brief because the council, mayor and manager were very familiar with it having
spent countless hours paring and preparing it.
Ray Pierce ask about Revenue Sharing - the Manager answered that it was not as first
presented and would not be a great factor in tax saving for the public in the
suburbs.
Andreasen moved and Swenson seconded a motion

Andreasen moved and Ulrick seconded a motion to adjourn until the meeting of
October 10~ 1972 at 8 P.M. at the Shirley Hills School. The vote was unanimously
in favor so carried and adjourned.
