MOUN]], MINNESOTA Present were : Councilmen John Andreasen, Donald Ulrick, Eldo Schmidt and Gordon Swenson; Mayor John D. Kotula; and Village Manager Leonard Kopp~ Village Engineer Kelth Englesby and Attorney Dennis 0 Brien. MINUTES The minutes of the October 3, 1972 meeting were presented. Ulrick moved and Schmidt seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the October 3, 1972 meetin9 as presented. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and accepted. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOlVIMENDATIONS DRJ~IX~ING - Lots 6-8 Block 4, Seton and Lots 18-29 Block 10, Seton Mr and Mrs Karl Dornsbach were present Schmidt moved and Andreasen seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that the petition to dredge be denied as the Planning Co.~ission reco.mmended.. The vote was delayed in favor of the following motion Ulrick moved and Swenson seconded a motion BE IT MOVED, Roi1 Call Vote: Andreasen Nay Schmidt Nay Ulrick Aye Swenson, Nay Kotula Nay Motion failed by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that the matter of dredging Lots 6-8 Block ~ and Lots 18-29 Block 10 in Seton be tabled.
