Kotula; Councilmen Orval Fenstad, John Andreasen, Donald Ulrick and Gordon Swensom; Village Manager Leonard Kopp; Attorney Curtis Pearson and Engineer Keith En§lesby. MINUTES The minutes of the council meetin§ of May 22, 1973 were presented for consideration--~ Andreasen moved and Fenstad seconded s .motion that the minutes ~ the May 22, 1973 meeting be approved as presented. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried. The minutes o~ the Board of Review were presented for consideration. Swenson moved and Andreasen seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the Board of Review held June 5, 1973 at the Shirley Hills School. The vote was unanimously in favor. BIKE HIKE PATH BIDS The bids were read and the low bidder was not a £amilar name to the cn§ineer or the council and ~he en§ineer would not recommend the acceptance o£ the bid until he hsd investigated the firm and Swenson moved and Ulrick seconded a motion to table the acceptance o£ the bids. The vote was Ulrick and Swenson, Aye and Fenstsd, Andressen and Kotula, Nay. motion failed. KOEHLER'S ADDITION The vote was unanimously in favor TAXI LICENSE Robert Quaintance of the Minnetonka Taxi appeared before the council 86 RESOLUTION 73-162 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO 72-267 and ACCEPTING MOUND YOUTH COMMISSION BY-LAWS (Resolution No. 72-267 Established the Mound Youth Commission) The vote was unanimously in favor. CURFEW ORDINANCE REFERRAL. - Chapter 55 of the Mound Code of Ordinances Andreasen moved and Ulrick seconded a motion RESOLUTION 73-163 RESOLUTION DIRECTING MOUND YOUTH COMMISSION TO REVIEW THE CURFEW ORI]INANCE - Chapter 55 of the Mound Code or Ordinances The vote was unanimously in favor. NOTE: Howard Overland, Lot 5, Block 22, Shadywood Point - Requested the village to put up Lot 5 for sale, so he could purchase it and make a full building site; he agreed to write his request and it would be brought up at the June 26 th! meeting. RIDGEWOOD ROAD FEASIBILITY REPORT The engineer outlined the proposed project. Swenson moved and Andreasen seconded a motion RESOLTUION 73-162 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING - Ridgewood Bituminous Paving - Hearing ~uly 10, 1973" Project 73-21 The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried CLUB LICENSES RENEWALS The applications of the VFW Club and the American Legion Club were presented for consideration.
