AT T~ SHIRLEY EILLS SOECOL M~, FLIIf~ESOTA Present at roll call were: Acting Mayor John Andreasen and Councilmen Orval Fenstad and Donald Ulrick; Village Manager Leonard Kopp; Engineer Keith Englesby and Architects Lorenzo Williams and Robert K0p~land. BILL A bill for $23.56 from Administration Fund for Broken Arrow was submitted £or consideration. Fenstad moved and Ulrick seconded a .motion to pay the bill where funds are available. The roll call vote was unanimously in favor. VILLAGE OFFICE BIDS Mr Williamsaand Mr Kopelsnd discussed the bids with the council. Mr Williams said he would be able to negotiate with the lowest biddersamnd save enough to bring the bid into the $170,000.00 - $176,000.00 r~n§e. Don Cox of Widmer Bros. protested the specifications saying they were unclear and confusing; a representative from M. E. Kraft was present and felt the spei£i~ations were clear enough, the M. E. Kraft bid was the apparent low bidder in the Excavation area.
