MINUTES
The minutes of the July 22, 1973 meeting were presented. Andreasen .moved and
Fenstad seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the July 22, 1~73 meeting ss
presented. The vote was unanimously in favor.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMEDNATIONS
Mr and Mrs Anthony Hayes appeared to appeal the denial of the Mound Planning
Commission.
Roy Sorenson spoke in opposion of the variance, saying that the Building Code
should be observed.
Mr Hayes said this was private commons rather than public commons and thus a
smaller group was a£fected.
Don Smith spoke in favor of the variance. Several of Mr Hayes's neighbors attended
the meeting and when he said they came in his support, no denial was heard except
from Roy Sorenson who spoke in opposSon.
