VILLAGE OFFtCE..FURISHINGS
Mr Mike Shields and Mr. James O'Brien of the Williams/O'Brien Associates, Inc. outlined
the furniShin§~ department by department and ~w~r~d questions~. Requests were made
to chan§e the'plans to.add chairs to make a total of 100; to include an omi-unit for
the council roOm that would be a screen, tack board and chalk board in one; full walls
to complete the mans§ers office, carpet in the Police Department except for the pre-,
parat~on room and storage area. The manager's office is to include two doors, one to
the corridor and one into the §eneral offices. The Police Department will have security
panels and locks included to make the Department safe when not attended.

THE FURNISHINGS AND FURNITURE FOR THE NEW VILLAGE
OFFICE, AUTHORIZING THE ]MJRCHASE OF THOSE ITEMS THAT
CAN BE PURC~ ON THE HENNEPIN COUNTY BID, AND
DIRECTING THAT THE OTHER ITEMS BE ADVERTISE[] FOR BIO.

MINUTES
The minutes of the October 23, 1973 mcetin~ were presented. Andreasen moved and
Swenson seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the October 23, 1973 meetin§
as presented.; The vote was unanimously in favor.
Andrease~.moved and Ulrick seconded a motion to adjourn until the meetin§ of November
13, 1973 at 8 'P.M. at the Shirley Hills School. The vote was unanimously in favor,
so adjourned.
