Present were: Mayor John B. Kotula~ Councilmen John Andreasen~ Gordon Swanson, Orval
Fenstad and Donald Ulrick; Attorney Curtis Pearson, Ehgineer Keith Englesby and
Village Manager Leonard L. Kopp.
MINUTES
The minutes of the November 7, 1973 meetin9 were presented for consideration.
Andreasen moved and Ulrick seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the meetin9
of November 7, 1973 as presented. The vote was unanimously in favor so carried.

Ross Babcock - Ask about claim he had against the village, that the insurance company
turned down, stating that the village was not negligent therefore not
liable.
The staff was instructed to investigate the claim of vandalism to the NSP equipment.

the road from Tipi Waken north (Highway 125) was in bad condition and the crown on
the manhole was very rou§h. The Manager was directed to contact the County about
this problem.
