SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
CITY COUNCIL
July 17, 1981
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Mound, Hennepin County, Minnesota was held at 5341Maywood Road
in said City on July 17, 1981 at 1:05 p.m.
Those present were: Mayor Rock Lindlan, Councilmembers Robert Polston, Pinky
Charon and Donald Ulrick. Councilmember Gordon Swenson was absent and excused.
Also present were City Manager Jon Elam, City Engineer Lyle Swanson, and
City Clerk Mary H. Cronin.
COMMERCE BOULEVARD SIDEWALK AND STREET LIGHTS
The Council met with Dale Holmquist and Clayton Nolby of the Hennepin County
Highway Department and Burl Grigsby and Marlin Parry of Northern States Power
to discuss and attempt to resolve problems encountered with the County Road
110 construction and the Commerce Boulevard lighting. The Council requested
the engineer to work with Hennepin County and Northern States Power to find
a solution.
The Council adjourned 2:35 p.m.
