EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF MOUND, MINNESOTA
HELD: August 25, 2015
Pursuant to due call, a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, was duly held at the
City Hall on August 25, 2015, at 6:55 P.M.

Member Gesch introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CALLING PRIOR BONDS
WHEREAS, the City of Mound, Minnesota (the "City") proposes to issue its $2,590,000
General Obligation Tax Abatement Bonds, Series 2015B (the "Bonds") to acquire the Mound
Transit Center (the "Facility") from the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the
City of Mound, Minnesota (the "Authority") and in connection therewith refund the Authority's
outstanding Limited Tax Pledge Bonds (Mound Transit Center), Series 2006, dated December
28, 2006 (the "Prior Bonds").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota:
That the Prior Bonds which mature on and after February 1, 2016, shall be redeemed and
prepaid on September 16, 2015 (the "Call Date"), in accordance with the terms and conditions set
forth in the Notice of Call for Redemption attached as Exhibit A hereto, which terms and
conditions are hereby approved and incorporated herein by reference.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Gillisnie and, after a full discussion thereof and upon a vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Wegscheid, Gesch, Gillispie, Peterson
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

meeting of the Board of Commissioners, duly called and held on the date therein indicated
insofar as such minutes relate to the Resolution Calling Prior Bonds.

HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF MOUND,
MINNESOTA,
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, Hennepin County,
Minnesota (the "HRA"), there have been called for redemption and prepayment on
September 16, 2015
those outstanding bonds of the HRA designated $2,965,000 Limited Tax Pledge Bonds (Mound
Transit Center), Series 2006, dated as of December 28, 2006, having stated maturity dates or
subject to mandatory redemption in the years 2016 through 2036, inclusive, and totaling
$2,625,000 in principal amount and having CUSIP numbers listed below:

The bonds are being called at a price of par plus accrued interest to September 16, 2015, on
which date all interest on said bonds will cease to accrue. Holders of the bonds hereby called for

Services Corporation, 3060 Centre Pointe Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113.
