The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound, Minnesota, met in
regular session on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at 6:55 p.m. in the council chambers of the Centennial
Building.
Members present: Chair Mark Wegscheid, Kelli Gillispie, Heidi Gesch, and Jennifer Peterson
Members absent: Ray Salazar
Others present: City Manager and Public Works Director Eric Hoversten, Community Development
Director Sarah Smith, Planner Rita Trapp, Administrative Assistant Mary Mackres, Alex Teplitski, Max
Teplitski, Don Woytcke, Sandi Woytcke, Arvin Senne, Linda Senne, Alexandra Teplitski, Rich Hirstein,
Mike Otto, Lynda Smith, Joannie Meehan, Deb Gatz, Joe Simons, John Simons
Public Present:
1. Open meeting
Chair Mark Wegscheid called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Gesch, seconded by Gillispie, to approve the agenda.
All voted in favor. Motion carried.
3. Action approving minutes: May 10, 2016 regular meeting
MOTION by Gesch, seconded by Gillispie, to approve minutes from May 10, 2016
regular meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried
4. Approve claims
MOTION by Gesch, seconded by Gillispie, to approve the claims in the amount of $8,972.92.
All voted in favor. Motion carried.

Hoversten explained that this is merely an amendment to the plan that recognizes Mound's
intended participation with the rental assistance program and its transfer to Aeon as well as a
reduction in the number of RAD funded units.
MOTION by Gillispie, seconded by Gesch, to approve the resolution. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
RESOLUTION NO. 16-05H: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT
TO THE SIGNIFICANT AMENDMENT TO THE PHA PLAN.
